Registration Mauna Seminar (Silent Retreat)
The registration is divided into two parts:
1. the registration for the Mauna Seminar and
2. the booking at the seminar hotel Dekra Congresshotel Wart.
Please note: Booking at the seminar hotel is required for all seminar participants, including those who neither stay nor eat at the seminar hotel. For each day of attendance, the hotel will charge a daily flat rate, this also applies to Saturday.

Sri Swamiji wants, that participants of the seminar take part all three seminar days.
Second part daily rate, accommodation and meals:

Booking takes place at the seminar hotel Dekra Congresshotel Wart by filling out a registration formular (see button below). Even if neither meals nor overnight stays are booked, the hotel charges a daily rate for each day the event is attended.
If you contact the hotel please mention the keyword "Silent Seminar" in order that the hotel can allocate your booking to the event.
All events with Sri Swamiji take place in the Dekra Congresshotel Wart. Check-in on the day of arrival is possible from 3 pm. On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10 am at the latest (therefore please check out before the program (starting at 10 am on Sunday, August 13th); there will be a room where luggage can be stored.
We strongly recommend staying at the Dekra Congresshotel Wart. The Mauna experience and inner reflection can be deepened, because contact with the outside world is minimized. The hotel comprises three buildings: the Congress Center Wart, the new building and the existing building, which is 750 m away. The existing building has slightly larger rooms with balconies. Breakfast is provided at the Congress Center Wart. Participants with walking problems are advised to indicate when booking that they will be accommodated in the new hotel building.

The cost for accommodation including breakfast is per person per night:

The hotel asks to note that participants in double rooms need the same arrival and departure date.

There is no daily rate on Sunday.

Children:
Infants up to six years of age are free of charge.
Children and teenagers up to 16 years pay 60% of the daily rate.
​The number of baby cribs and extra beds is limited. The reservation of extra beds is made after the receipt of bookings.

Payment:
Payment is made directly to the hotel, either by credit card (the credit card will be charged 30 days before arrival) or by bank transfer.

Booking and payment
The registration for daily rates with and without catering takes place exclusively and directly via the Dekra Congresshotel Wart. Please contact the hotel via telephone (+49.7458.771-0) or e-mail (congresshotel@dekra.com). By booking the hotel, participants conclude an individual reservation contract with the hotel. There is a handling fee of € 4 per invoice. Payment is made directly to the hotel on the day of arrival, either by credit card or EC card. Please note that the hotel has no rooms anymore for the seminar, only for the weekend there are some rooms left.

Cancellation conditions
The cancellation conditions of the hotel apply:
Up to 14 weeks before the start of the event free of charge
14 to 12 weeks before the event 50% of the costs
12 to 4 weeks before the event 75% of the costs
From 4 weeks before the start of the event 85% of the costs
From 5 working days before the start of the event 95% of the costs

Please note
Since Sri Swamiji can cancel an event at short notice for various reasons, but we have to make commitments to the hotel, we would still conduct the seminar with his blessing in case of a cancellation on his part. In case of cancellation in such a case the participants are liable to the hotel where they booked. On the other hand, seminar fees paid to Datta Yoga Center Germany e.V. would be refunded for those who do not wish to participate in such a case.

Directions
The seminar hotel Seminarhotel Dekra Congresshotel Wart is located in Wart, a neighboring town of Altensteig in the northern Black Forest area. The nearest city with an airport is Stuttgart, one hour away by car. The hotel can be reached by public transport, but at certain times a call bus is used for the last leg of the journey, which must be ordered by phone at least one hour in advance.
Due to the long and complicated journey by public transport, we recommend considering a cab / Uber / freenow ride from Stuttgart or Karlsruhe.

The seminar hotel Dekra Congresshotel Wart consists of three building complexes:
Dekra Congress Center Wart, Dekra Congress Center Wart Hotel and Dekra Hotel "Sonnenbühl", which is also a part of the seminar hotel. The Sonnenbühl hotel is 750 m away from the Dekra Congress Center Wart, where the Mauna Seminar takes place and meals are provided.
